Traveling around the world is the ultimate dream of any traveler, new or seasoned. However, a trip around the world would take a lot of time and money. What if we can travel around the world in fraction of a time? There will be no need for advance hotel and flight booking, just up and leave to many beautiful destination around the world? This is just what I would do, if I had a teleporter to transport me within 24 hours around the world. Wishful thinking, of course, but if ever that opportunity arise to travel around the world in 24 hours, below are my hour by hour destination guide around the world along with things I would do.
Around The World In 24 Hours
12:00 midnight – Kilimanjaro, Tanzania
Midnight is the perfect time to start climbing Kilimanjaro mountain in Tanzania that is 5,895 meters high. By the time you reach the summit you will be able to see the most beautiful sunrise that you will not see elsewhere around the world.
1:00 am – New York, USA
Top of the Empire State Building is where you need to be when you’re in New York. The observation deck is open until 2:00am so you can witness that New York City really is the city that never sleeps.
2:00 am – Lausanne, Switzerland
Take the time to visit Lake Geneva in Lausanne, Switzerland. It boasts a dramatic panorama view over the lake of the Swiss Alps. A view you won’t see anywhere else around the world.
3:00 am – London, England
What to do at this time in London? Well this is the time where the early rising meat traders of the 140 year old Smithfield Market comes out. Fresh meat anyone?
4:00 am – Toronto, Canada
If you’re hungry, have some prize winning pancakes or even ribs at Fran’s – a 24-hour open restaurant in Toronto. You might even take some to go as well.
5:00 am – Atacama Desert, Chile
Watch the beautiful steam condensed geyers while in Atacama Desert, Chile. It’s basically water erupting with vapor from the ground. They are most spectacular at sunrise, and you won’t find it anywhere else around the world.
6:00 am – Mumbai, India
Start your day early in the morning with a chuckle at Laughter Yoga at the beach. It will keep you happy the whole day.
7:00 am – Sydney, Australia
Why not grab some tasty fish early in the morning when it is fresh from the Sydney Fish Market? It’s open every Monday, Thursday and Friday.
8:00 am – Mexico City, Mexico
Experience the parading and the sound of daily flag raising at Zocalo Square in Mexico City. It is a celebration of it’s own that you must see for yourself while traveling around the world.
9:00 am – Paris, France
If art is on your mind, Musee du Louvre in Paris is the place to be at this time. The museum is filled with collections of Assyrian, Etruscan, Greek, Coptic antiquities and so much more from around the world.
10:00 am – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
There are lots of free guided tours available to explore Abu Dhabi. A must see place in Abu Dhabi is the Sheikh Zayid Grand Mosque, which is one of the largest mosques in the world.
11:00 am – Athens, Greece
Watch the pompom changing guards at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier every hour, on the hour at Athens.
12:00 noon – Santiago de Compostela, Spain
Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela is one of the main attractions in the beautiful Euro destination Spain. There are special pilgrimage mass held at noon everyday.

Watch these adorable ten baby ducks led by their duck master, file from the elevator to the foyer fountain on red carpet at the Peabody Memphis Hotel Lobby. It has been a tradition for the last 85 years! Now this is something you wont find in any other country around the world.
6:00 pm – Borneo, Malaysia
Visit the Gunung Mulu Natioanl Park and watch millions of bats make their massive evening exit from the cave. Remember to stay down low.

Night time is the best time to see lights and lasers in Hong Kong. Walk over the the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront to watch the Symphony of Lights sparkle the sky.
9:00 pm – Mauna Kea, Hawaii
Star gaze at the 4,200 meter high summit of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. There are many observatory buildings where you can observe the sky. Astronomy fans flock from around the world to see this. This is one of the top places from around the world to see stars.

Where else can you possibly think of to Tango the night away than Buenos Aires? There are Tango shows almost every night. Check out the tango at Torquato Tasso.
11:00 pm – Reykjavik, Iceland
Probably not one of the places around the world on your list but why not go beyond the limits when it comes to traveling around the world? Jump into their natural thermal pools and enjoy one of the perfect scenery’s in the world.
