I don’t need to say about Paris, France as it’s famous for many things. Parc Asterix is of them for sure. This is one of the craziest theme parks you will ever come across. Parc Asterix features all the characters from comic books. Likewise, there are rides that have names, which you will find more exciting than ‘Galaxy.’ How about jumping into rides like Flight of Icarus, Caesar’s Spies and La trace du Hourra? La trace du Hourra is a ride that races down a tube of metal at 54kph! If you still can catch your breath after the ride, you can shop at the candy store or a pizzeria.

How many of these top 10 amusement parks have you been to?

This could be number one as the list is not in any particular order :) Loved your post and photos about it and now you see why it’s in the top 10 list :)

Last year, together with my husband and son, we went to Malaysia for 3 weeks and visited Singapore particularly Universal Studios. We had so much fun and hoping to visit again soon because we’re not able to tour Singapore because it was raining so hard.

  3. wow… very nice one.. and pics also look very beautiful. Disney has to be best so far I think.

  4. I’m going to Disney later this year for my bachelorette party, super excited!;-)

  5. I’ve been to Singapore and Malaysia (where they also have a Legoland), but I must say I didn’t go to their amusement parks there. I find it expensive, and as a solo traveler, there’s no motivation somehow to see them. Perhaps when I’m with kids…

  6. Shawna says:

Really great to see that amusement parks from all different countries were featured here! There are some recognizable ones and some new gems that look ready to be discovered. The one in Holland looks particularly interesting.

  7. I’ve only been to one…and it wouldn’t be hard to guess which one! I may have to wait for grandchildren to venture to the others but it’s a great list for those that love this type of travel!

  8. Freya says:

WoW what a great list, I have been to quite a few on this list but still have quite some to go. The Efteling in Holland is probably my favorite so far.

  9. Home Lift says:

Nice list and I am thinking Legoland in Germany is the best on among these, thanks for sharing with me.

  10. Wow, what an overwhelming list! Ive only been to one. I guess I have a lot of catching up to do!:)

Looks like you do :) It’s a good thing you can visit theme parks like Universal Studios Singapore even during winter because it’s always warm there.

  11. Great list! I’ve been to a couple of these and Legoland and Universal Studios in other places. I haven’t heard of some of those but now want to visit especially Gardaland and Efteling. I’m not much of a rollercoaster fan but love the whole amusement park energy and other things it has to offer.

Been to a few of these. Parque Asterix is my favourite. Now curious to visit Efteling. :)
