Great list, Shamis! I gotta admit that the Statue of Liberty was one of the places in NYC that I didn’t get to visit. My friend and I stayed up until early the next morning and by the time we got to Manhattan, it was lunch time. :) Next time I go there, it’ll be number one on my list.

Ground Zero (I’m not sure if they still call it that) would also be one great place to visit while in NYC.

The Statue of Liberty is a must see for sure when in New York City! If I am in New York, maybe we could make a trip out of is :)
As for Ground Zero, yes it is still called that. There are thousands of tourists that stream into lower Manhattan daily to observe the area it seems. If people are planing to visit the area, they say that you should keep in mind the place for emotional outpouring to this day.
