Niagara Falls has a truly breathtaking view that your eyes will surely enjoy. The falls can be seen both from Canada side and USA side. Canada has the mass of the waterfall and lot of nearby attractions. Therefore, I would visit the falls from Canada side. As popular as it is today, tourism to Niagara Falls actually began back in the 1820s. Within 50 years the number of tourists visiting Niagara Falls has increased ten-fold to become the area’s dominant industry. Today it has become one of the great wonders of the world.
Breathtaking Niagara Falls
Though there is no specific season to visit this beautiful waterfall, during winter you can enjoy the spectacular ‘Winter Festival of Lights‘. It is an amazing light display that appears underneath the water. Every evening, beginning at dusk the Falls are lit in the colors of the rainbow. If you ever visit Ontario in winter, be sure to watch the unmatched beauty of Niagara Falls at night! Summer time in Ontario is as good as winter time to enjoy the breathtaking views of this majestic waterfall. Visitors have the opportunity to go very close to the Falls and enjoy the light mist that will shower you. Niagara Falls is also growing into the Wedding Capital of Canada. Each year thousands of couples make the journey to Niagara with entourages in hand to mark the beginning of a new life.
